Japanese beer is the perfect complement to sushi and sashimi. Looking at these pictures is making me hungry for some fresh sushi, and tasty, ice cold Japanese beer.

Asahi Breweries is the company behind the wildly popular Asahi Super Dry, the best beer in Japan. They produce a few other beers as well, most of which are definitely worth drinking, some of which are terrible. Nonetheless, its beer, so its all good.

If you have ever visited Hawaii then chances are that you have had the pleasure of drinking some of the tasty local beers. One of my favorites is Kona Longboard by the Kona Brewing Company. It is light, refreshing, and perfectly suited for drinking on the outstanding Hawaiian beaches. In fact, I enjoy this beer so much that often times I snatch up a 6-pack or three when I am visiting family in California.
