Biru wa Nanbai was born out of our love for both beer and The Chive. The latter is a great way to enjoy a quick little break during the work day while beer is just plain outstanding on its own. Combine the two and you have the best of both worlds wrapped into a single piece of eye and stomach candy.

While we love The Chive, our inspiration for Biru wa Nanbai was primarly because of the lack of Asian, mainly Japanese, inspired pictures. To put it simply: there is a reason we continue to live in Japan – Japanese women are the most beautiful creatures on the planet. Overall, Asian women are hot – and because that general hotness gets our loins flowing, we decided to channel our energy and creative juices toward something more productive than merely admiring pictures on the internets.
